RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CLAIMS POLICY

1. LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL & LAVENDER HYDROSOL

Essential oil and hydrosol are supplied in sealed containers.

After opening the container, we cannot reliably confirm the storage conditions of the product, absence of impurities, or other interference with its composition.

Therefore, goods of proper quality after breaking the seal, container integrity, or initial protective packaging are not accepted for return or exchange, unless otherwise explicitly provided by law or agreed upon in writing by the parties.

For products that under applicable Ukrainian legislation belong to categories not subject to return or exchange when of proper quality, the relevant provisions of effective Ukrainian legislation apply.

2. NON-CONFORMING GOODS OR ORDER DISCREPANCIES

If the buyer receives:

• goods that do not match the agreed order;
• incorrect quantity of goods;
• damaged container/packaging;
• goods with broken seal/integrity;
• goods with visible signs of damage during transport;
• goods regarding the quality of which there is a reasonable claim,

the buyer has the right to contact INVEST PIVDEN LLC for claim consideration.

Each situation is considered individually, taking into account the nature of the product, batch documentation, transport conditions, and receipt circumstances.

3. INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT

We kindly ask the buyer to check upon receipt of the goods:

• compliance of item name and quantity with the order;
• integrity of external packaging;
• integrity of jerrycans, bottles, and other containers;
• absence of leaks;
• condition of seals, caps, and closure elements;
• presence of visible damage.

In case of damage during delivery, we recommend capturing the condition of the cargo with photos or video before opening the container and, if possible, issuing a relevant document with the carrier representative.

4. CLAIM SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

To submit a claim, please send an email to: [email protected]

In your message, please specify:

• buyer's name or company name;
• order number and/or date;
• product name;
• quantity;
• description of the issue;
• photos or videos of the goods, packaging, and damage, if any.

Do not dispose of the goods or packaging until initial claim review is completed, provided their retention is safe and feasible.

5. FRESH BLACKBERRIES

Fresh blackberries are perishable produce, quality of which depends on time and temperature conditions of storage and transport.

The buyer must check the quantity and visible condition of produce upon receipt.

If damage, quantity discrepancy, or any obvious issue is detected upon receipt, please immediately notify INVEST PIVDEN LLC and capture the condition of the produce with photos or videos.

Return of fresh produce of proper quality after acceptance by the buyer is not performed in cases provided by effective legislation and/or agreed delivery terms.

6. B2B SUPPLIES

The primary business of INVEST PIVDEN LLC is wholesale B2B supplies.

For legal entities, sole proprietors, and other business entities, terms of return, product replacement, acceptance, and claim consideration may additionally be specified by contract, invoice, specification, commercial offer, or other documents agreed between the parties.

In case of discrepancies, terms of the contract executed between the parties and provisions of effective legislation of Ukraine apply.

7. REFUNDS

If following claim review INVEST PIVDEN LLC confirms the necessity of refund, product replacement, or other resolution method, procedure and timelines for such resolution are agreed with the buyer according to the nature of the order, payment method, contract terms, and statutory requirements.
